Nir is a result-driven executive, and a leader of innovative award-winning enterprise software products. Nir returned to the “start-up nation” of Israel after 10 years in California’s Silicon Valley, where he led one of the most successful B2B software product launches (“Duet by SAP and Microsoft”), a joint venture that sold over $100M in its first year.

During the last 20+ years, Nir worked on B2B software products from almost every angle, in startups and enterprises, in Israel and abroad, as VP Product Management, VP R&D, Head of Services and other leadership roles. He lead product strategy, development and roll out of new products and of mature businesses like NICE’s enterprise division ($600M business).

Nir has an exceptional mix of leadership and hands-on execution skills and above all great interpersonal skills and passion. He mentors early-stage startups at Google launchpad and helps others to “Cross the chasm”.

Nir graduated his MBA and BA in economics and business administration with honors at the Hebrew university of Jerusalem.
